滚塑与吹塑工艺有何不同

首先滚塑与吹塑两种工艺都是可以生产中空制品的，但是吹塑成型的中空制品或者管型坯无模吹胀成管膜是借气体压力来使闭合在模具中的热型坯吹胀而成的，它在一些包装容器或者管式膜的制造中用的比较多。其中中空吹塑材料一般选用聚乙烯比较多。
滚塑（旋转成型）方法是一种类似于旋转铸造塑的方法，只是他们所运用的物料不是液体而是烧结性干粉料。制作过程也十分简单，把干粉料装入模具中，然后让它围绕着两个互相垂直的轴进行旋转，之后受热就会均匀的在模具的内壁上熔为一体，经过冷却后就可取出空心制品。它使用的塑料除了聚乙烯外还有聚酰胺和纤维素塑料等。
吹塑在制作时会有拔吹气管留下的头，而滚塑如果不进行裁剪也会留下很多毛边。
